During low season we are happy to accept bookings for shorter periods

Prior to departure a final cleaning fee is required in the following increments:Up to 4 occupants €50;From 5 to 9 occupants €100 and from 10 to 16 occupants €150.

The price of rental includes all mains services, bath towels, linens and use of swimming pool.

The deposit will be forfeit if the rental is cancelled by you unless it can be successfully re-rented by either party in which case a fee of €26 will be retained by us for administration.
